Served between 8am – 9.30 (Unless by prior arrangement) For earlier departures arrangements can be made for a continental breakfast. Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Rooms may be reopened to let if the deposit is not received within 3 days of reservation
The balance is due a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the booking date for 1 night bookings and 6 weeks prior for bookings of more than 1 night.
In high season (April – October ) We reserve the right to request the full payment for rooms at the time of reservation. Cancellation
For cancellations made before 28 days prior to bookings. The amount due is refundable less 20% charge.
For Cancellations within 28 days of the booking date 50% of the total due.
For Cancellations of 8 days or less we reserve the right to retain the full amount due unless we can re-book the rooms.
An invoise will be made available for the full amount to cover insurance claims.
If paid by Paypal or bank transfer then the guest is responsible for any associated charges. Balance of payment
We accept payment by Paypal or in cash (euros or Sterling). We do not accept bank cards or cheques. Damages, breakages and loss
Guests must pay for damages they, their children or pets cause to property. |
